GRANTS
Since 2017, The Teacher Fund has distributed 25+ grants to K-12 Public School Teachers across the United States.
Qualifications:
You must be over the age of 18, and
You must be a full-time certified K-12 teacher employed by any United States Public School.
Selection:
We select recipients based on the 20 questions in Part I and the 300-500 word response in Part II of the application. We score applications on three areas of consideration: 50% to alignment with The Teacher Fund vision and focus, 25% to feasibility (can it be done), and 25% to the probability of positive impact (will it work).

Complete and upload an employment verification form. Please download it below. The form must be signed by your principal or vice-principal.
Verify you are a full-time employee of a public school in the United States.
Verify you have reviewed The Teacher Fund's Privacy Policy / Terms of Service and consent to submitting your personal information.
Provide your and your school's contact information.
Answer 20 questions in Part I of the application.
Answer the essay* query in Part II. Explain your philosophical approach to education and how the grant will enhance the learning environment in your classroom. Remember to focus on the entire classroom and on enduring impact; we generally do not fund single events. For specifics, please see our FAQs.
*This is essay must be a minimum of 300 words and a maximum of 500.Answer 24 questions in Part III; these questions will not be reviewed as part of the grant selection, instead they help us better understand the needs and requirements of the teacher.
If you are grant recipient, at the end of the semester and/or school year, we will ask for a brief summary of how the grant benefitted your classroom.
If you are a grant recipient, we may ask you to repeat Part III of the application, answer additional questions, review the application process, or complete any other follow-up required by law.
If you are a grant recipient, you must use all proceeds and/or items purchased for the benefit of your classroom and your students, not for individual purposes, otherwise you may be liable to penalty. For more information, please see our FAQs.
